https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=22680 Roan Kattouw roan.katt...@gmail.com changed: What|Removed |Added Status|REOPENED|RESOLVED Resolution||FIXED --- Comment #21 from Roan Kattouw roan.katt...@gmail.com 2010-10-11 08:18:15 UTC --- Migrating to 1.4.2 seems to have fixed the issue for me (Firefox 3.6.10) in most cases. Going back and forth between normal pages as well as unchanged edit pages uses bfcache just fine. The only case in which bfcache still breaks (due to a bug in EditWarning that's gonna be hard to fix) is when the edit warning pops up and you click OK. However, bfcache only breaks in the sense that the page is reloaded; the edited text is stil there. This is not totally ideal, but I seriously don't know how we could do better. The bug as filed has been fixed (reloading of pages only occurs in one specific case, and edits don't get erased anymore), so I'm closing this bug. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Wikibugs-l mailing list Wikibugs-l@lists.wikimedia.org https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/wikibugs-l

The signature is subst'ed into the saved wikitext, so its formatting is fixed from there on out. You could format signatures from Persian users in Persian format, but that'd make Commons look like a huge mess. https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25491 Michael Dale d...@ucsc.edu changed: What|Removed |Added Status|NEW |RESOLVED Depends on||24415 Resolution||REMIND --- Comment #1 from Michael Dale d...@ucsc.edu 2010-10-12 00:47:55 UTC --- Sequencer should not use jui.combined.min.js rather should hard code the use of its own jquery ui lib since it uses jquery ui 1.8 components So its odd that it is using the older jQuery ui 1.7 from usability. This should be 'fixed' once the new resource loader comes out with jquery 1.8 and or I could add more delay to when sequencer code is parsed and included so that it 'for sure' overrides the old jQuery library. Not sure how well safari or chrome for that matter will work with the sequencer in general. I should probably put some warning that 'works best with firefox 4' once that comes out.
