There are multiple versions uploaded at the same time. As revision history for both mentions no new versions uploaded (though upload log does), I assume these files were uploaded at once. I haven't tested myself, but probably it was possible because the same title was chosen for multiple images? Deliberated? It don't think this is good practice. Apart from breaking existing
links, it will make linking more user-unfriendly. Who would use
[{{fullurl:xyz|abc}} http(s)://xyz?abc]? As a only-fullurl-link doesn't work

intended) parsed link. Is that userfriendly?

Yes, but not both link formats. I said that enabling the bracketless format for
just a configurable set of sites (the proposed knowing-for-sure domains)
wouldn't be better, why don't we allow just everything?

It seems the min width of the webPage is set to 768px. This was not the case a few weeks ago. (The problem doesn't occure on iPhone although its width is 320 px) This makes the article a little painfull to read because the user has to scroll to read the end of each line. On iPad device-width would report 768px, which sounds like what you're seeing. It looks like this last changed in r89940 in June, switching from semicolons to commas for the separation of the bits in there. If the old Ruby code was using the semicolons, maybe it wasn't kicking in quite the same before the switchover to the new code? I'm not sure what's a feasible workaround for this; uncertain whether just dropping the 'width' would do the right thing or if that'll default back to 1000px or something. Running ?action=purge to clear its cache re-rendered the page with the message in Esperanto as expected. Cite_body::error uses UI language: wfMsgNoTrans( 'cite_error', wfMsgNoTrans( $key, $param ) ) . while everything else is content language.
