Hi,
I didn't know where else to put it so I'll write it here. When randomly looking
through a diff on Gerrit I noticed a few mentions of this the following (it
wasn't changed in that commit, but shown in the diff context):

.then is literally just this:
then: function( doneFns, failFns, progressfns ) {
deferred.done( doneFns ).fail( failFns ).progress( progressfns );
return this;
},
So just use .done(). Even when binding both 'done' and 'fail' at the same time,
I'd still recommend using them directly for clarity, but that's just me :)

I were able to create with success a description page on this page, so I'm
closing this bug in RESOLVED - WORKS FOR ME.
The procedure to follow when you have this kind of error is the same than for
regular wiki pages, you create it, using the Create tab.
As matanya says, you can use [[Commons:Template:Information]]:

After all one can only stop things from sucking by working on each issue one at a time (Short of the radical action of changing which svg renderer, which seems unlikely to happen). Perhaps when the thumb has the different colour profile, the grey becomes too light to see. There is a failure when importing Mayalam [ml]
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mayalam) site links. It seems like somehow the
title is set to NULL before the database is updated. It also seems like the
external client does not supply sufficient information, or the normalization
does not unwind the data correctly.
