Jon, if the lat/lon is added to the exif data this is picked up by a bot
(https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:DschwenBot) after upload.
If the exif data doesn't contain lat/lon another bot (erfgoedbot) will add an
{{object location}} template.
This is all afterwards, error prone and shouldn't be too hard to just implement
this in the app. It would be much nicer to do it on upload right away.
Logic would be like this:
* Phone adds exif lat/lon : Add {{Location
dec|lat|lon|source:exif_heading:heading}} (leave ? for heading if it's
not available)
* Phone doesn't add lat/lon : Add {{Object location dec|lat|lon}}

Therefore, emijrp proposed to have some kind of time capsule, i.e. an image that only becomes visible at a future date. This would work more or less like page protection. While the picture is invisible, the page associated with it should be editable, but will feature some kind of warning against inserting the picture in articles. The visibility date should be settable by sysops at any time. Here is a list of project we can do:
* Rewrite {{Auteur}} in lua with a sort key creation system (Rical + Tpt)

* Create a module of utilities in order to remove these templates: {{Str len}},

* Create a Roman to Arabic numerals conversion tool (Rical) (useful for Autheur
