Yes this is what I meant. - Commons categories are not shown on local File: pages In theory there's nothing preventing us from showing them. How to present them so as not to be confusing is probably the biggest issue. Ok, lets do it. I filled another bug for this as bug #38786. - Commons annotations are not shown on local File: pages annotations are done via js and really don't have much to do with MW. I see no reason why adding the javascript to the local js of the downstream user can't be done (Aka, add the annotation js to [[mediawiki:Common.js]] on wikipedia). with an old install things work, after upgrade to SMW 1.8 and any newer
version of SRF I see queries returning unformatted results.
Example:

This used to print a number, now I get a table returned, which breaks many
things in very unfunny ways. Changing the format= directive has no effect.

I doubt it is a cache problem, though it doesn't seem to be any configuration change recently to simplewiktionary. On the deletion page, the same thing happens, it seems to have been reverted to the default reasons, so the problem really is about the interface. I did a small little investigation and it seems to be some changes in core with regards to the simple languages, perhaps someone can help to identify it and fix it too? This makes me suspect there is a bug in HashArray, the class on which Claims is build.
