Some quick advice on this one:
* There'll need to be code in DM and UI; the code in Parsoid which it will
interact with has just been merged into their master.
* I'd suggest looking at how {{DEFAULTSORT}} works as a starting point - see
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/61374/ for the DM side.
* On the UI side, you'd want to create a new panel in the meta-data dialog
(Page settings is probably the best name, though that's also the display name
of the dialog, but we can fiddle with that later) into which you'd put a
checkbox with an associated text box for a page name, with auto-suggest (like
the link inspector has).

In jquery.textSelection.js, there are a few bugs with handling newlines.
For Opera, the only change required is to the `getContents` function.
There are more bugs regarding Internet Explorer. The if statements in
jquery.textSelection.js should be reversed. You want to check for W3C way
first and then fallback to Internet Explorer way.
Furthermore, the newline strings should not be hardcoded. This causes problems
when the browser has a different newline than what was expected, which results
in off-by-one errors.
Experiment with the following example:

Everything and anything meant for generating or editing code -- be it PHP, JS or CSS -- most definitely should use tabs.
