Do you reckon Yes, but a) we don't need PostgreSQL for a wiki and b) that would probably be a WONTFIX at WMF :-). wiki.toolserver.org is very plain and no frills, and there are no problems migrating it to MySQL (or any other backend). I am rather wondering why the wiki should stay writeable, with wikitech being the new wiki for tools. Couldn't we just keep a read-only toolserver wiki as an archive (which is really good to have) and keep it in postgresql for simplicity? (If not, why?) At some point in the future it should certainly be turned read-only. If I'm not mistaken, a full stop is needed after numbers in some languages in some cases, but it's not needed in English. I might be wrong in my suspicion, but in any case this must be clarified in qqq. Finally, the message Wikibase-time-precision-century is extremely unclear. I'd suggest using a scripting language as markup for the editable charts,
diagrams, graphs, flowcharts etc.

It looks like directly code execution, but it is not.
I did mw:Extension:Foxway for testing possibility of this. I ascertained that
this may work and may work quickly.
Now I do new mw:Extension:PhpTags. There any extension can register a hook as a
constant, function or object.
So far I have only worked on the functions and constants, and did not start
work on objects.
I am sure that the PhpTags will cover all the needs and will be convenient and
powerful tool.
I would like to find someone interested in discussing this.

I would expect that, as a minimum, a grep of the English WP should be made to see to what extent the incorrect construction is actually being used, rather than basing this on a, possibly incorrect, assumption. Also, has this been closed by group consensus, or is it on your own initiative? I would say that this is one place where 'be bold' should not apply.
