A simple nulledit (save without changes) does not updated the page_redirect field (Use the API: prop=info has no redirect=). So this is a bug in MediaWiki. Note, this is no longer true for [[hr:Tracija]] (Which got me rather confused for a bit), but there are other examples where this holds like [[hr:Kršćanin]]. I'm changing the component to internationalization as this appears to be due to translating the redirect keyword rather then due to the redirection system itself. The page is regularly updated (every two or three days) but this pages are stalled there from august. Example: http://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aissenas The pattern they seem to folllow is that all of them have been renamed lately. The difference with hr is that wrongly categorized files are not redirects: they are actual articles.
