Anyone who donates during the fundraising campaign will not see any banners
again until next year. The only exception to this is if you:
1. Delete your cookies
or
2. Live in the UK, Germany, France, or maybe Switzerland
The 4 countries listed above did their own fundraising within those countries
and did not set the banner-hiding cookie for donors. The fundraising within
those countries is managed by the local chapters, not the Wikimedia Foundation.
Unfortunately, this means you'll need to make the complaint to your local
chapter rather than here.
