The test file https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Endosymbiosis.svg now correctly render (although previously generated thumbs need to be purged). This is indeed not a regression since it is a bug in the SVG rasterizer we are using (librsvg from the Gnome project). So the bug is really an upstream issue which have been fixed, and now we need to deploy a new version of RSVG.
