Since I know enough French to fumble my way through an interface that I wrote, but not nearly enough to understand instructions for credit card transactions, this means that I'm unable to donate. Because right now WMFR is running a banner that has hardcoded French language text in it. If that's the case -- you're probably in a location that's geolocating to France or a French territory. OK, sorry, I saw civicrm in a URL somewhere and assumed it was telling the
truth :) whatever interface we get when we click on donate or support or
whatever it's supposed to be in English.
Sadly I'm at the office now, and donation pleas seem to be disabled for our IP.

And yes, I'm logged in, and I'm not sure about the allocations tab, because I
