Tim proposed to use a different PHP version and or PECL version. According to
upstream bug 63055, the bug is in PHP-5.4.x as well so I have reinstated Tim
live hack to PHPUnit:
vim /usr/share/php/PHPUnit/Util/Test.php
public static function getRequirements($className, $methodName)
{
// HASHAR TIM hack bug https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/43972
return array();
...
}
That is a workaround for the bug.
