When using TUX editor as not logged in user with IE9, there is a JavaScript
error.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit URL
Observed:
I. JavaScript error logged: SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'removeClass' of
undefined or null reference. ext.translate.editor.js, line 383 character 7
Expected:
II. No JavaScript errors in IE9.
