You can't do this by dragging, even if you stay in the same window. You can use some unintuitive workarounds (which you can find for yourselves), but the basic functionality doesn't work, just like most of the basic functionality of MW 1.22wmf19. has anyone tested ''anything'' in this release related to VE? Anything at all? Since it was very easy to find many problems with it in half an hour of testing.
