Yes considered, found ways to do so: no. Main issue: titles of articles are not
the same as the to be used text.

I noticed that this data is already available in MediaWiki, as it is used in
the CentralNotice system for example.

Have you considered using Wikidata data for this? It probably has better
coverage.
