I came across this edit

on Meta-Wiki, but was unable to revert it with the error "This page cannot be
updated manually. This page is a translation of the page PRISM and the
translation can be updated using the translation tool."
However, the translation tool is not showing that particular section and both a
meta admin and I can't seem to find a way to remove it.
