We've got an old RSS feed for featured words at de.wiktionary which hasn't been
working since 2010.
https://de.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wiktionary:Wort_der_Woche/RSS I'd like to fix it
using the FeaturedFeeds extension. Therefore we need an entry for wiktionary in
FeaturedFeedsWMF.php. Feed name "featured" would be fine.
