Production parity has long been a goal of MediaWiki-Vagrant. It would be nice
to use memcached rather than redis for the typical BagOStuff implementation in
the VM. Having redis and memcached co-exist on the same vm is fine and redis
could and should still be used to job queue storage. See discussion on
