I made a Lua module to retrieve the banner name from Wikidata which I used as an argument for the existing wikivoyage pagebanner template as a test to investigate some things, I found with India (Q668) that: India banner Elephants.jpg - (Wikidata - P948) does not match TajMahal_Banner.jpg- (on Wikivoyage article page) -- this shows the need to have the option for an alternate banner image (as an argument) for the extension being discussed I think... For example {{#property:P569}} should work on [[:en:Talk:Barack Obama]]
importing data from [[d:Q76]] (Barack Obama).
Use case: a generic template can determine from date of birth and the
existance of date of death if the person is still living and include the BLP
template automatically.

TASK DESCRIPTION For reading https://m.wikidata.org/wiki/Q2 is looking pretty good. A few things need to be fixed before this can be considered done. 1) There are two headers on item pages. Not sure why this is happening but I figure this is due to core code not making this easy. Let's fix this in core for both mobile and wikidata 2) Disable sections collapsing by configuring $wgMFCollapseSectionsByDefault = false for the wikidata instance 3) Optimise the main page (please see https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Project_chat#Optimising_the_main_page_for_mobile.21) 4) Search currently doesn't support human readable search terms due to Wikidata search api using different query to other mediawiki instances. Let's try to find a nicer way to do that.
