TASK DESCRIPTION
  I propose that three areas are separated in ArticlePlaceholder; an area for a 
proper autogenerated ingres, an area for the proper infobox according to a site 
specific algorithm, and an area for placeholders for the statements.
  
  By separating those areas the special page will be a lot more general. If 
they are not separated the individual projects will just override the template 
or module AboutTopic.
  
  Of course it is possible to block the prosjekts from overriding the template 
and/or module, but I think that would be counterproductive.

  This is one of the issues that has generated a lot of discussions about 
infoboxes at nowiki, and people can't agree whats more important. Only thing 
they seems to agree on is that some of them can find //some// item with too 
much statements, but the specific item is not necessarilly something they can 
agree on.
  
  Actual implementation has implications for grouping and sorting. If it is 
possible to avoid filtering the other ones will become simpler. (Actually you 
must filter before you group and sort, otherwise the layout will be strange.)

  Note that correct grouping and sorting is dependent on type of subject, and 
that type of subject can even trigger other second order grouping and sorting.
  
  An example is "position held (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/P39)" which 
may be central for description of a politician, but not important for a some 
sports atletic.
  
  If the list of statements should be filtered down (a lot of people at nowiki 
think it should - I'm still not sure) then grouping, sorting, and filtering 
will depend on each other.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  Hello. We think it's a good idea to add a new parameter to templatedata, 
wikidata, which has a property ID for data that should be taken if the actual 
parameter is empty. For example: a parameter country in town template has 
required=true and also wikidata=P12345. It can help for different templatedata 
tools. For example, template wizards will use it as automatic start value. The 
template parameters validator we developed will alert on required parameter 
absence only if the parameter is empty and also there is no data in wikidata 
property. Thank you.
