  Looks like this is already supported if you provide headers: `Accept: 
text/csv` or `Accept: text/tab-separated-values`. TSV export also looks fine to 
me now.

  Planned sequence:
  
  1. (day before) Send email to the wikidata list
  2. Take wdq1001 out of varnish config
  3. Shut down and reimage wdq1001. Verify disk partitioning is correct.
  4. Deploy new code from wdq-deploy repo. Do NOT restart wdq1002 yet!
  5. Reload data to wdq1001 from 
https://dumps.wikimedia.org/wikidatawiki/entities/20160425/ dump ttl-gz version 
(should be ready by then)
  6. Start updater on wdq1001 and wait for it to catch up
  7. Re-add wdq1001 to varnish, verify it's ready to serve requests
  8. Disable updater or wdq1002
  9. Put wdq1002 into maintenance mode (no need to take it out of varnish as we 
are only reloading data, not reimaging)
  10. Reload wdq1002 data from the same dump as above.
  11. Re-enable updater on wdq1002 and wait until it catches up
  12. Remove maintenance mode from wdq1002
  13. Verify everything works fine and queries run on both servers
  14. Send the victory email to wikidata
  15. PROFIT!

  A "Catchable fatal error" getting to the HHVM logs is still a sign that 
`MWExceptionHandler::handleError()` is not the active handler via 
`set_error_handler()` at the time that the exception is raised.
  
  One way you could deal with this at least as a temporary patch is to change 
the signature of 
`Wikibase\Lib\Store\CachingEntityRevisionLookup::getEntityRevision()` so that 
nulls are allowed for `$entityId` and then validate the non-null status inside 
the method. At that point you would be in control of logging the call path.

  Another alternative is to actually reuse `.tabular` for storing this data, 
instead of creating a custom format. Also, .tabular could benefit from 
`"ordered"` meta tag to automatically resort values on save.  No sorting is

  JsonConfig can easily allow us to store all allowed licenses as a "config" 
page - a JSON with a custom schema for licenses. This way we could have a wiki

  Still undecided. In theory, the revision ID is enough, at least with our 
database scheme. But for a different implementation, knowing the title may be 
useful, and having to look it up again would be annoying.

  Nested transactions are not safe to rely on. As far as I can tell, we really 
only use transactions for batching. There are no ACID guarantees.

  I would not want a constructor to start any kind of process. Beginning the 
update may grab locks, so it should be explicit (and possible return a magic 
scoped variable that rewinds if it goes out of scope before a commit).

  The main benefit is: give extension a place to put their stuff, so they don't 
come up with 20 solutions, all a bit different and crazy. Provide a standard

  Slight confusion here: "primary" to me means "user generated, not derived". 
Maybe I should start saying "original".

But those text tags will not only have to have a slot name, we also need to 
record the length, hash, content model and serialization format for each  
blob. Do we want to put them into attributes, or change the structure around 
some more?

  Indeed, yes. The purpose of the dumps is to back up, import and export the 
content that users generated. And if we want derived content in the dumps 
afterall, it's easy enough to add that.

  Some more questions:

  - do we need "slot handlers", or can all handling be done based on the 
content model?
  - do we need some kind of configurable orchestrator for combining the view, 
edit interface, diffs, etc of the available slots? Would that be configured per 
namespace?

  I'm not sure if either of these is worth reusing. They were both created to 
match the already existing license templates at Commons. If you want 
machine-readable identifiers, try the SPDX ones (https://spdx.org/licenses/).

  @brion: y! I have been thinking about this a lot lately. I have done 
some code experiments I would like to share and document. I'm pretty busy, but 
I'll do my best to squeeze this in. Keep poking me :)
  
  Veeery quick overview (mostly for my own good):
  
  - PageStore -> create/update/delete pages. Uses RevisionStore. Does all the 
secondary data update stuff.
  - RevisionStore -> returns RevisionBuilder; Caller adds RevisionSlots and 
meta-data to RevisionBuilder
- RevisionBuilder maintains transactional context. Needs to be aware of 
base rev id for "late" conflict detection!
- late add support for RevisionUpdater, for updating persistent derived 
revision data
  - RevisionLookup returns RevisionRecord objects; LazyRevisionRecord for lazy 
loading?
  - RevisionRecord can enum RevisionSlots for primary content. LazyRevisionSlot 
for lazy loading of content.
  - RevisionSlots has Content and meta-data (size, hash, content model, change 
date, etc); Do we need a RevisionSlotLookup/RevisionSlotStore?
  - Primary content implements Content. Derived content implements Data(?!); 
Content extends Data.
  - RevisionStore/RevisionLookup is based on BlobStoreMultiplexer. Read/write 
is routed based on a prefix in the blob id.
  - BlobStoreMultiplexer manages multiple BlobStores
  - RevisionStore turns blobs into ContentObjects and creates RevisionSlot and 
RevisionRecord objects from them (or creates a LazyRevisionRecord that loads 
data on demand)
  
  Note: primary (user generated) content slots must be enumerable. Which 
revision has which primary slots is recorded in the database. Secondary 
(derived) content slots may also be persistent in the database, but can just as 
well be purely virtual. As a point in case, we'd want a) a ParserCache 
implementation based on persistent derived slots as well as b) a virtual slot 
implementation based on the existing ParserCache.

concepts is encoded in a language-neutral way, and that it's the labels that 
make the content readable by people. This is a very abstract concept to

numbers and Q numbers so that people can see the underlying structure.

  That spec also says "If more than one media range applies to a given type, 
the most specific reference has precedence.". From the example it gives, it 
sounds like text/html should be preferred over */* for the accept header Edge 
sends, not because of the order but because text/html is more specific.
  
  I don't have access to any copies of IE, but searching for what accept 
headers it sends, it seems it also sends */* without any q parameters, so I'm 
guessing it's also affected by this.

text/http option. As per the spec, **this is not a bug**: The types in the 
Accept header are not  given in the order of preference, but should use q=n

  According to the spec, if no q parameter is given, q=1 is assumed, see 
https://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec14.html#sec14.1: //The default 
value is q=1//. So if */* with no q parameters is present in the header,  the 
server is free to respond with //any// kind of content.
  
  Apache has a workaround for buggy browsers that send */* with no q parameter: 
https://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/content-negotiation.html:  //If the 
Accept: header contains no q factors at all, httpd sets the q value of "*/*", 
if present, to 0.01 to emulate the desired behavior. It also sets the q value 
of wildcards of the format "type/*" to 0.02 (so these are preferred over

factor, these special values are not applied, so requests from browsers which 
send the explicit information to start with work as expected.//

  Well, if you use the random function on the Dutch Wikipedia you can see a lot 
of examples. Anyway, I've used the nearby function to find
