We need to find a way to fix / workaround this issue asap. @WMDE-leszek can you run both database-modifying tests from math and wikibase in one pass with your local setup? My suspicion is that the test database is not cleaned up properly. We believe that the MediaWiki PHP Parser-based desktop HTML pages are indeed being used as the basis for a number of parts of Google Search Console and crawler behavior, as they are after all the canonical URLs for content.
We also know that Parsoid and mdot are accessed by various Google automata (and other automata) for a number of pipelines.
Our hunch is that application of the sameAs field to the MediaWiki PHP Parser-based HTML (which would show up in both desktop and mobile web) should therefore be tried first. It may turn out, however, that we need to update Parsoid for this to have an actual effect. As a general rule for tickets involving general markup, we may find out we need to implement changes in both the MediaWiki PHP Parser / extension hooks and Parsoid to ensure the broadest applicability for different automata, especially Google.
IIRC the consensus between @dr0ptp4kt, @Imarlier, and @Deskana was that Google is unlikely to provide us with any insight into their Wikipedia-specific pipelines.
There was an open question as to where the behaviour described in the third bullet above should live. My recommendation was to house this in a new MediaWiki extension that would go on to house all Wikipedia-specific markup that's added to the page – though there'll undoubtedly be exceptions. I did also recommend that some related code from MobileFrontend be relocated there but that was a red herring.
The bulk of the code in this extension could be implemented as follows:

N.B. scripts added to the output via OutputPage#addInlineScript are put at the end of body. AFAICT Google's crawler shouldn't have a problem with this as it's expecting to encounter structured data in both head and body (see https://developers.google.com/search/docs/guides/intro-structured-data#structured-data-format). However, the script can be added at the end of head if necessary.
There is a way to test this change at less cost than creating and deploying a small extension, however. Quoting Google's Intro to Structure Data:
Also, Google can read JSON-LD data when it is dynamically injected into the page's contents, such as by _javascript_ code or embedded widgets in your content management system.
The Wikibase extension also sends the Wikibase item's ID to the client so the code above could be written as a gadget, which can be deployed on a per-wiki basis as quick as we can write it:

Here is what's there now, to have an overview: One can create form/sense using wbeditentity, either by: new=form/new=sense and data containing lexemeId=L123, or id=123 and data containing element in forms or senses that has the add key instead of id. There are also dedicated APIs end points, respectively wbladdform, and wbladdsense, for adding single form/sense to a lexeme. These endpoints are currently used by lexeme page UI. The lexeme modification "logic" used by both API endpoints is shared, thus it should be possible to stop using one approach with only keeping the other. wbladdform/wbladdsense APIs generate "meaningful" edit summaries, whereas wbeditentity always yields "Edited lexeme L123", due to limitations in wbeditentity itself. We already set the correct lang and dir attributes server-side (though I don’t know if we also do it when rebuilding the UI in _javascript_ after editing), but apparently that’s not enough. TASK DESCRIPTIONAs a user of the Wikidata RDF export, e. g. via the query service, I want to be able to open the URI for a statement node and go right to the corresponding statement on the entity page. Problem: The URI only redirects to the entity page, not to the particular statement. This can make it hard to find the correct statement, especially since the URI doesn’t contain the property ID (which would otherwise be a useful hint to find the statement). Example: wds:Q1-8983b0ea-4a9c-0902-c0db-785db33f767c is the URI for the “instance of” statement of the Q1 item. It currently only redirects to Special:EntityData/Q1. It would be nice if it would redirect to Special:EntityData/Q1#Q1$8983b0ea-4a9c-0902-c0db-785db33f767c instead. BDD GIVEN I run a query that returns statement nodes WHEN I click the link for one of the statement nodes THEN I am redirected to the entity page and land right at the correct statement node Acceptance criteria: The redirect correctly sets a fragment corresponding to the statement ID. (Unfortunately, I don’t think the API response includes information on the language of the labels and descriptions returned, so I’m not sure if we could add language tags if they’re necessary.)
