  Please add a table of contents to Wikidata item pages (such as 
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q42191678 ) with links to the "Statements" and 
"Identifiers" sections.
  
  The TOC should be at the top of the page (either between the label and the 
desscription, or immediately below the latter), and styled horizontally.
  
  The TOC should include the "Sister links" heading proposed in T250581 
 if that proposal is implemented.
  
  It should be possible for user scripts that add H2 headings to inject links 
to those headings into the TOC.

  Or actually, I think it's because checking `getType() == UNDEFINED` (at least 
in callKeyword and callFunc, perhaps elsewhere) doesn't work well for arrays 
(it doesn't recurse).
  
  Adding AFPData::hasUndefined() as a recursive method would be the solution.

  wdqs1006 now 8 hours lagged and depooled after I noticed it was not reporting 
on grafana after I was poked about wdqs being very behind.
  I'll keep checking back throughout the day and repool later.
  We should get T250140: icinga: WDQS high update lag should alert when the 
service times out  done asap
  
  While it was out the lag on the other eqiad instances shot up, but maxlag 
didnt kick in as wdqs1006 wasnt reporting so the eqiad servers were basically 
ignored from the maxlag calculation
  T238751: Only generate maxlag from pooled query service servers.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  When editing lexemes (the same thing happens for lemmas, forms and senses), 
whitespace is stripped while typing. This means I keep losing spaces or 
deleting too many characters when trying to fix typos.
  
  To reproduce:
  
  - Edit a lemma, form or sense on a lexeme
  - Enter "cat dog" into the field
  - Backspace three times
  - Type "mouse"
  
  Expected result: The field contains "cat mouse" because I only deleted three 
characters
  Actual result: The field contains "catmouse"
  
  The same behaviour happens at the beginning of the string if you use the 
delete key instead.
  
  Elsewhere in Wikidata, whitespace is only stripped when saving and that works 
much better for me.
