  @ArthurTaylor Based on the approach you describe, do you think it would be 
feasible to encapsulate that logic into a PHP script? That could potentially go 
into MediaWiki core (e.g. `composer phpunit:parallel`), and then it would be 
much easier for MediaWiki developers to make use of the parallel execution 
functionality in their local work. An advantage there is that it's easier for 
people to debug the parallel execution code in case of issues, whereas, most 
MediaWiki engineers are unfamiliar with Quibble and don't run it locally.

  That said, the primary use case for parallel execution is CI, so I'm not 
opposed to making a Quibble-only implementation--just seems like, if a PHP 
script in MediaWiki core could do the job, then it would be nice to be able to 
support the use case of local development environments in addition to CI.

  Why is this bug report from 2013 still open? I just had to remove a link from 
a Wikidata page that was a copyright violation, but without an explanation, my 
edit might look like vandalism. We need to be able to add a short explanation 
like "copyright violation" to our Wikidata edits. This should be a no-brainer.

  So the checks of the files above is complete as shown by its status. General 
summaries of each stat machine and HDFS are provided under the subsections 
above. `stat1005` has some files that @Manuel may find interesting given that 
they're for prior tasks of his. Any queries that looked like they could be 
interesting or were in files whose names sounded interesting but the query 
ended up not being interesting are printed above for documentation.
  
  Overall I can say that anything from the above would be easier to work from 
scratch via the docs and checking with WMDE engineers or WMF Data 
Engineering/Analytics rather than going through and re-implementing it. I 
personally would not keep anything, and will delete the files I copied over to 
my `stat1005` once this is closed :)

  Hey @Arian_Bozorg  Yes, we do still need to check this out. I was thinking 
that @Lucas_Werkmeister_WMDE and I could discuss this when we chat about what 
else is needed in T364965: stat1007 to stat1011 migration pipeline output check 
. In that one we've confirmed now 
that the data is coming in from stat1011, so at this point it'd be good to 
delete the statistics/manifests/wmde/wdcm.pp 

 and also remove it's workflow from Puppet (just not quite sure if I have 
access and how to go about the Puppet work).
  
  I'm hopeful that another 25min call would be enough to get the work done for 
both tasks and I can document for my learning/our processes and report back?

that "91-04 bc" and "0091-04 bc" turn into "1 April 91 BCE" (and for some

  The easiest solution in my view is to let mos: become a normal interwiki 
prefix like all others. Yes, this breaks a couple thousand links on the English 
Wikipedia. Most of them (those not in old edit summaries) can be fixed by a few 
bot runs. For the people who type in shortcuts or follow links from old edit 
summaries, just temporarily (for a year or two) turn the target pages on the 
new Moore Wikipedia into soft redirects with information that this is a 
deprecated shortcut.
  
  I do not think weird special cases in the interwiki system are a good idea. 
(And I say that as an enwiki editor who likes the MOS: shortcuts and has 
defended them at RFD for more than a decade).
