daniel added a comment. I discussed this some more with Lydia. We agreed that the canonical data URI should be the same as the canonical data URL. Smalyshev added a comment. Well, there's only two things - concept URI and data URI. Concept URI is http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q4504 and data URI is https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:EntityData/Q4504. So you are saying concept URI should stay http but data URI should move to https? Should we keep deriving it from canonical URL or create a new config variable for it?
