TASK DESCRIPTION
LexemeSenseIds will act as identifiers for LexemSense entities. LexemeSenseIds implements HierarchicalEntityId, so it can be used with the transparent storage mechanism for sub-entities as described by T165328. LexemeSenseId::getParentId() will return an LexemeId of the Lexeme containing the Sense, for addressing.
