TASK DESCRIPTION I have been adding "has part" property to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q4891305 and found that this creates automatically "is part of" symmetrical claims at any given item that is mentiones (for example: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q3571350). This is great, but there is a bug. When you add a qualifier (start point, for example) it doesn't add the start point to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q3571350, but doubles the claim. It should add the qualifiers, and not the same information again.
