CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION

Wikibase could be highly useful for other projects, such as organizing OpenStreetMap tags. ([[ https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:Wiki#Wikibase | see discussion ]]) The main difference with Wikidata usecase is that OSM has community-set string IDs, not integers. Storing string IDs as regular properties would cause a number of problems: they are not unique, they are mutable, they can be easily deleted, and there could be more than one defined per entry.
