  I think we can remove OldWikisource from this task as concepts from this task 
that apply to it are now adequately covered by:
  
  - T138332: interwiki links to/from Multilingual Wikisource 

  - T206426: Storing multiple sitelinks to a multilingual wiki 

  
  This task can now focus on just Incubator and BetaWikiversity.
  
  I am against adding functionality to Wikidata to accomplish T206426 
, short of adding sitelink link 
prefixing //a la// `Special:MyLanguage/`. See my comments on that task.
  
  Since Multilingual Wikisource is considerably different than Incubator and 
BetaWikiversity (its content never matures to migrate to a different wiki like 
them), it should be covered by a different task: T138332 

  
  As for this task, I am against introducing WD sitelinks for Incubator and 
BetaWikiversity due to their inherently temporal nature but that can continue 
to be hashed out here (I am certainly not the only nor even the most 
informed/important voice in such matters).

@Liuxinyu970226: Let's do this one first, please. Will you put in the ticket?
The more experience I have on Incubator, the less I'm so sure I want sitelinks (other than in the Incubator: and Help: namespaces). There are some tests that are pretty well developed and pretty well maintained, and sitelinks to them would be fine. But there are also plenty of tests on Incubator where the content is really trivial, and I'm not sure sitelinks to them are so useful. Maybe better to wait until some version of @Amire80's project (T165585) is done and then link selectively to well-maintained incubation subdomains only.
