TASK DESCRIPTION
  Both for CI and maybe for local development, we don't actually want the query 
service to point to the Wikidata live API.
  
  Currently, this is hard-coded and we should make it configurable. It would 
seem that configuring this as build-time is the right way to do.

  [ ] It is possible to set some configurations options at build time

  - It might be nice to display the build time somewhere so we know if we 
should expect code that was just merged to be available?
