TASK DESCRIPTION
  As a DS designer and developer, I want to have a new box component 
implemented, because it is needed for the Query Builder hike in order to be 
able to group conditions and condition groups.
  
  **ACs**
  
  [ ] The box is implemented according to the Figma specs 
.
 Specs represent a base/default style of the box, which needs to be fully 
customizable.
  [ ] The box's default component-level tokens are created according to the 
naming convention used to style the component (TBD by @Sarai-WMDE )
  [ ] The box is displayed in Storybook according to the specifications
  
  **States**
  
  The box is not an interactive component, so it doesn't display any states.
  
  **Storybook**
  
  [ ] This component has its own page in Storybook, included by alphabetical 
order (See structure 
)
  [ ] Controls: allow users to enter/select values to modify the custom 
parameters: paddings, border-color, border-radius, border-width, 
background-color and elevation (TBD how/if this is possible)
  
  **Notes:**
  
  The box component is a** structural component** that allows grouping content 
within a UI area that is visually outlined against the page background.
  
  Boxes are very customizable and can take several parameters and several 
values for each one of these: paddings, border-color, border-radius, 
border-width, background-color and elevation can be modified by implementers 
using system tokens.
  
  This is a block-level component and it should not take any width values.
