TASK DESCRIPTION
  **Problem:**
  drop-down switches back to "matching" whenever i re-select a new property
  
  **Example:**
  select "postal code" for property and select "regardless of value" in the 
dropdown. Then remove a letter from the selected property (as if you were 
selecting another one) and the dropdown "resets" to "matching".
