  We're not fixing bugs in test commons because it's slated to be 
decommissioned in T213295 .

TASK DESCRIPTION
  I would like to be able to go to test commons to test statement editing 
functionality (adding a string statement).
  However when I try to do this the UI doesn't let me
  I suspect that this has something to do with this odd "rank" thing that 
appear at the top of the editing space.
