TASK DESCRIPTION
  For LTR languages X button in the coordinate editor appears on the right side 
- hence on RTL languages it is expected to appear on the left side.
  However it is actually appears on the right side.
  
  Even worse - the IME widget is placed on same place and it is hard to press 
on the X button.
  
  X button has CSS class ui-icon-close
