TASK DESCRIPTION
This task will track the racking, setup, and OS installation of
wdqs20[09,10,11]
Hostname / Racking / Installation Details

**Hostnames:** wdqs20[09,10,11]
**Racking Proposal:**
For context, we (before this ticket) currently have 8 codfw wdqs hosts, with
2 hosts in each row. After this ticket we will have **9 hosts total**.
The 3 refreshes ideally should go in the same row as the servers they're
replacing (`wdqs200[1-3]`). For reference:
wdqs2001 - c5
wdqs2002 - d5
wdqs2003 - a5
Given the above, the 1 expansion host can go in any row, since we're already
balanced across rows before this ticket.
If for whatever reason the requested rows aren't available (ex: no 10G port
in the requested row), let's just try to keep the rows as balanced as possible.
For reference, here's every codfw wdqs host that //isn't// being refreshed:
wdqs2004 - a6
wdqs2005 - b5
wdqs2006 - d4
wdqs2007 - b8
wdqs2008 - c6
**Networking/Subnet/VLAN/IP:** 10G, single port, production VLAN
**Partitioning/Raid:** S/W RAID10 - partman: raid10-4dev.cfg
