  I wonder if we should still report the most lagged instance in that case (or 
also the median one or maybe none at all)?

  This was changed as part of T238751 
, but @dcausse argues 
(T322010#8355973 ) that even 
with the new code to only calculate maxlag from pooled servers, the overall 
maxlag should be based on the median of the pooled servers, not on the maximum.
