  > We want our novice users to have access to querying their data. We 
currently know of some users who struggle to use the Query Service due to the 
technical barrier.
  > We think that deploying the Query Builder to wikibase cloud could solve the 
problem for these users due to its lowered threshold. Before deployng the QB we 
would like to know whether it has been successully adopted by the Wikidata 
community by generating the metrics outlined in the "Scope" section.
  > The user of the output would be the current Wikibase Cloud PM which is 
temporarily @Charlie_WMDE but in the future will be Anton Kokh (no phab account
