 shifts, issues and innovations that may impact on the use and provision of
 collaborative methodologies, and looking to what is on the horizon and
 beyond.

 § *ISSUES AND CHALLENGES*: investigate the policy issues and
 challenges for education and training in using collaborative methodologies
 and technologies, focusing on the following areas:

 §  Features and tools that contribute to the success of
 collaborative methodologies

 §  Identity management

 §  Privacy

 §  Safety

 §  Content control and monitoring

 §  Intellectual property

 §  Behaviour
