Hello all!

We hope you'll consider joining us at the Hackathon from May 20-22. While
the Hackathon will be online, we encourage community members to apply for
grants

to host or attend local meetups around the world. Grants can range from
500-5000 USD. Applications are due March 27.

There are also scholarships available

to cover costs of online attendance, such as childcare and data packages.
Applications are due April 1.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Cheers!

Haley and the rest of the 2022 Hackathon committee

PS- Samuel, my apologies for the delayed reply! People will be able to log
into the event online with just a device of their choosing. Local meetups
can take whatever form the community desires, from meeting other
contributors in a park to planning structured activities. Does that answer
your question? If not, please feel free to reach out to the committee and
we can discuss further!

Wow, fantastic -- I love this model for online facilitation + local
gatherings. Any sort of available/recommended hackathon event-kit?
