http://newspapers.nla.gov.au is shortly moving to Trove -- http://trove.nla.gov.au/newspaper?q= In Trove, after finding a page I want to cite in Wikipedia, I can click on More options, Cite, and a window pops up with pre-formattted MLA and APA cite texts.
