Hi Ravi, Good to see things going great. I have signed up as well; sorry, took little time! :-)
Just one concern; planning day schedules right now doesn't look good. I think it requires more resources; both in terms of time and brain. We need to call for presentations and all; then plan accordingly to bifurcate all in terms of concepts; so that we don't end up running two technical presentation in same time as an example. Just one point I felt we might have to go slow; other they look good and I'm all for support and will request others as well.
