Hello,
In last 24 hours we have emailed all the selected applicants and informed
about their selection. About pre-work, no, not all of have not been given
pre-work have been given still. We hope to fully finish the process in next
48 hours. For the next 10 days I'll be try to be in touch with the
participants about this pre-event works.

1. On Wiki and Off Wiki participation and contribution.
2. Not more than two participants from a language community.
3. Application form
4. First time participants were given preference over Wikimedians who have
already participated.

Due to the incredibly large number of applications that we received it
would be difficult for us to write to all applicants individually.
