[Wikimediauk-l] Wikimedia UK and Women of the World festival on Saturday 9 March
Dear All, I have organised for Wikimedia UK to be present at the Southbank's Women of the World festival (London) on Saturday 9 March to coincide with International Women's Day. It is only a 30 minute slot to talk about women on Wikipedia and motivate people to edit. Richard N and Stevie are preparing a leaflet that will be key to getting people involved - it will be distributed around Southbank and should get people enthusiastic. But if there is someone that would like to join me on the 9th do get in touch with me by 5th March - I could take one person to join me for the presentation.
