We're finding that on the whole, the average quality of candidates from
within the community is higher than that of candidates who are new to
Wikimedia, and so applications from Wikimedians are particularly welcome.

So if you know someone who you think could do the job, you could be doing
them and us a big favour by persuading them to apply.
