This bug has been fixed. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 6 April. It will be on all wikis from 7 April (calendar <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_1.39/Roadmap>). - Some wikis will be in read-only for a few minutes because of a switch of their main database.
