Hi, We upgraded to Gerrit 2.13.3 today from 2.12.2. However, a couple of users have reported being unable to login. Based on reports and investigation, I'm thinking/hoping this is only affecting 11 users.
However, if you find yourself unable to login with the message "Cannot assign username <myname> to account <some number>; name already in use," please do chime in on Phab[0].
