The tasks have been fixed (thank you Stephane Bisson, Sam Reed and James 
Forrester).  I have upgraded the group 1 wikis to 1.34.0-wmf.6.



I will upgrade the remaining wikis at 13:00 UTC today.

The TL;DR answer for what is in each group is basically:
* Group 0 == mediawiki.org, "testing" wikis, and "closed" wikis
* Group 1 == wikis that are not wikipedias or in group 0
* Group 2 == wikipedias

There are some more subtle distinctions, but that's the general setup
of the groups.
