Re: [WISPA] What would you use a drone for?

I believe there is a height rule, under 400' does not require a license.

Re: [WISPA] What would you use a drone for?

2017-04-11 Thread Walter W. Stumpf Jr.
I would like to find a drone that;

A. Lasts longer than 5-10 minutes
B. Records what it is seeing
C. Transmits what it is seeing to my phone
D. Doesn't cost more than my house, preferably in the $50 range. I went to
look at smile.amazon.com and there literately over 1000 in the $25 to 100
price range:(

Any suggestions?

Walter

Re: [WISPA] Batteries for solar

2013-11-15 Thread Walter W. Stumpf Jr.
Mike-

If Amazon has them, and it says 'fulfilled' by Amazon, that would put you
into free shipping alone by price. And if you have Amazon Prime [any
students or mom in your family makes it free to get it], then it is free 2
day delivery and only $3.99@ for one day delivery-including Saturdays
[Sundays to start soon in some areas]. Even if you do not, well worth the
$75 annual fee. My son ordered a new amplifier for his computer-sucker
weighed 90 pounds-and paid the $3.99 and it came by UPS next day air from
AZ to NJ. I do not see the two brands you mentioned, but there are UB4D's
and some others that might work for you.

Which battery can you source for the cheepest shipping?

Anyone ever use Sacred Sun batteries? They have a 12vdc / 200ah
