Try to find an electrical ground that is already up there for an air conditioner or the elevator equipment. I used a unistrut clamp on a main beam I found inside the elevator room, used a grinder to remove paint and installed beam clamp with a #8 ground wire to some wbmfg gige-poe-apc suppressors.
