All right, looks like I answered my own question. We just fired up
authentication thru billing and the net, meaning we have never run it. Part of
the healing process from doing too much of the wrong thing. We just moved from
manual billing thru Quick Books to an automated process, then added
authentication thru our Mikrotik routers, just core routers for now. I talked
with one customer that had the issue. I placed him in bindings to bypass Radius
and it works for him. So, something in bridge filters I believe, which is kind
of foreign to me, so back to the drawing board.

I am hoping to get this all straightened out shortly so we can start on routing
these networks. I see a lot more sleepless nights ahead, but I think I have the
owners realizing that it will be all worth it.

I had a customer call in yesterday saying he couldn’t get onto Youtube. He
tried his phone and it came up. While he was dinking around with his antivirus
he had a search bar show up on top ( I cant remember what he said). He was
going to have Geek Squad dial into it and fix it up. I had a call from another
guy that had the same thing. Anti virus was good, but he seen a deal at the
bottom of his screen talking about “search buddy”. Then I had a few more calls
come in with no access to Google or Youtube. Is there something going on with a
new spybot or adaware? We recently fired up authentication here, would that
have something to do with anything? We are not filtering anything and I have
only had a few complaints, plus mine works fine

Was curious if there is a new threat out right now. My authentication is new
right now, and slightly foreign to me, I just don’t think I did anything to
prevent these pages, aside from me getting more calls
